However, I can assure you Donna wasn't intentionally rude or disinterested in your business. It must have been a misunderstanding and like I said earlier, please refer to Yelp for a better understanding of her service. She's had customers coming to her for over 15 years. I would like to add, there is no chance she "demanded" Patrick say thank you. That is not at all part of her character and I can get countless other customers to vouch on her behalf.
The owner Donna demanded I say thank you for using her change machine...meanwhile I went in, smiled and said hello. She had her head phones in and seemed disinterested in being disturbed so I took my money and left. Donna was extremely rude as an owner
