The Barn staff knows how to help a customer and can measure feet for a good fit. They get you the model and size you need and get out of the way so you can choose on your own.
I had an OK experience shopping here. I found the staff to be less helpful than other stores. Someone helped us when we entered the store, but then we were ignored, even when we asked for help. Considering the pricey shoes that they carry, I would expect friendlier service. Maybe my daughter and I were not pushy enough. We bought a small amount of shoes, but will probably try other businesses for the rest of our shoe needs.
Local tent pole that has great selection of shoes and its good to support local biz. I wish they had a little bit hipper styles sometimes but I can almost always find what I'm looking for!
Very nice store with a good collection if kid items. Staff were very helpful too. Perhaps a bit overpriced relative to generic stores.
A store should stand behind the products they sell. I spent $160.00 at this store two weeks ago buying back to school shoes for my kids. My daughter wore her new tennis shoes three times and the stitching holding the velcro tab on the shoe began to rip. When I took it back and asked for an exchange she said I could choose from the clearance section because the shoes were marked as final sale. While it's true that this pair was a clearance item, the clearance selection today had only 2 pairs of shoes in my daughter's size and they were boy shoes. The result is that I'll have to go purchase some new shoes for my daughter somewhere else. I have never written a negative review before, but the woman who refused to remedy the obvious product defect was not apologetic, helpful, or understanding.
