Apparently asking for extra bean sauce in chipotle is hard work... girl working the counter had a nasty face just because i asked for extra sauce... sorry it was very difficult...
I am not huge into Mexican food (or chain-restaurants) but this was good.
It was good - they cooked the chicken fresh and they gave me an extra scope for free!
Food was good
Very dirty. Tables and counters are covered in food. A staff member attempted to clean tables by wiping down tables and literally throwing everything on the floor. He did not clean the floor afterward. There are 6 people working right now. How can this place be so dirty? Some employees seem to just hang out on their phones. I haven't been at Chipotle for years since the food poisoning streak they had and probably won't be back for a while. The burrito bowl had more toppings in it than than actual rice. No wonder their stock is tanking for the past two years.
The staff are awesome, fast, and friendly. I always get a burrito bowl and they load it up. Good food, good price. The only thing wrong with this location is the impatient, self-absorbed, probably never worked in retail/food service, customers. I go there 3-4 times a week, and everytime there is someone who orders like two or three burritos at a time, asks about what type of chicken it is, tries to small talk with the employee while there is a line behind them, then proceeds to call the person that there ordering the burritos for to ask what they want on it. I don't know why this type of customer is so prevelant in the Newton area. Anyways, I enjoy this Chipotle
Okay place, they can do better job in cleaning the place. Servers are unprofessional except couple of them.
