My boyfriend and I wentnto Anthonys last night for a pizza and a drink as I had been cooking all day and just wanted something made for me. We ordered a mushroom pizza and it came pretty quickly as the place was almost empty at 730 as we are eating the pizza we both notice that there is an overwhelming taste of pepper on the pizza, I tried to ignore it as I was starving but it was just too much we both ate 1 slice. I mentioned this problem to the waitress and she inquired to the chef/manager (not sure) and she told me she was told ''the mushrooms are marinated in pepper but not used when making the pizza, only on the crust" What?? I was asked if I wanted anything else but we refused at that point. Not one person said anything to us or apolijized or even took off 1 beer or glass of wine. (I only had 1) off of the bill. Needless to say I was very disappointed and felt like I just threw my money.away going there. Will NOT return. :(
The cauliflower pizza is very good. The service friendly and efficient.
The pizza is well done (no flop) and it was REALLY good! It's a comfy vibe in there with TVs, low and high top tables..and a bar area. I'll be back for sure!
Great service. Food is ok, but they don't have any kind of hot sauce.
