Alex was incredibly helpful, and his staff were always pleasant. I set up an appointment to design a labradorite engagement ring - a stone Alex said he had not worked with much, but it came out beautifully. Alex walked me through everything, asked questions, and gave his opinion in a humble and professional manner. My (now) fiancé loves the ring, and we're both extremely happy when we look at it together. A million thanks to Alex for his hard work- we will be back for the wedding band!
I was looking for a unique wedding band to match my one-of-a-kind Oregon sunstone + rose gold engagement ring, and wanted a design that incorporated diamonds from a pair of my mom's old earrings. Alex sat down with me and we talked through a few potential designs before finally selecting the perfect design to complement my engagement ring - two asymmetrical bands that together reflect the engagement ring's delicate appearance and reinforce the ring's uniqueness and sentimental value. I think the pictures speak for themselves! I was so pleased with the whole process, and couldn't be happier with the final product. Alex is a true craftsman!
