Completely unsatisfactory. Extremely rude service, unreasonable prices, and again, the people who work there are utterly disrespectful. I would choose any store to replace this one. Never encountered such unmannered people.
Jill was extremely helpful and did a great job designing my Elfa closet for my bedroom. The final design was affordable and featured the right amount of drawers and shelves to fit my needs. I will definitely be back for my second closet :) Thank you!!
Nice selection, friendly staff, but it's mostly junky looking plastic and wicker. But don't let the looks decieve you, it may look cheap but it's expensive!
Love this place! They have everything you need to help organize your home or office. I ways go in for one thing and come out with so much more.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the size/layout of the store. I think I'm just used to the one at the North Shore Mall-- it's bigger and seems to have a wider selection of things. May just be bigger though. Either way, this Chesnut Hill store is awesome.
