Overall I really recommend this place for kids of any age.
Absolutely love this place! My daughter started when she was just 8 months old. The teachers are always active, happy and upbeat. It's amazing that they all know our names even though the teachers switch from location to location. The facility is always kept clean and neat. Every class is always different but also has some elements that bring structure into the classroom.
Absolutely love this place , we are members for the past 6 years and we couldn't be more happy there! The amazing people that works there , the clean environment.... The parents night out once a month... It's just amazing. I recommend this place to all my " parents friends" !
We celebrated our's daughter 5th birthday yesterday at My Gym, Newton. The organization and attitude by the staff was embarrassing, we never saw such indifference in any other celebration (we have two older kids and had many). We were there before at other parties and it was always much much better so probably we were simply unlucky with particular staff.
Ps: They also do amazing with birthday parties!
We had his 5th birthday party here and I can't speak highly enough of how well it went. It was equal parts free play and organized activities by the staff. The kids had a great time and the parents enjoyed the fact that they were hands off. The staff were fun and engaging and made the day so special for my son. Would absolutely recommend.
Except for the zip line and the greeting there were essentially no organized activities. At some point the staff took out cones and rings and our daughter was trying to play with them. These guys were standing and chatting with each other and none of them tried to engage her or any other kids. After 10 minutes they removed these cones never explaining their purpose. The party started at 5:30pm and was supposed to run until 7pm. At 6:30, as usual, kids were supposed to eat pizza/snacks (which arrived at 6:15) followed by the cake. These guys were so busy with chatting that only at 6:30 they set up an obstacle course and we moved to the table at 6:40. Probably by that time they realized that we can not possibly finish by 7 (there was no party after ours) so while myself and my wife were helping kids with pizza and drinks (the staff did not offer any help) they lit the candles in the cake such that we even did not have time to make photos. Our daughter could not even blow the candles as she just started her pizza and her mouth was full. At 7 sharp they came and said that the party is over and we have to leave. By that time we did not finish serving even the first round of cake, my wife at the end and many other parents did not have a chance to try it and some kids wanted a second slice but also could not get it. We did not want to argue with them to avoid any conflicts on such a day but we decided to leave our feedback and contact managers hoping that this particular staff members will not be ever allowed to lead birthday parties.
My son went here for the better part of a year (age 4) before we moved. He loved it. Facility is clean, staff is great with kids. I was sorry to leave when we moved.
I took my 7 ½ month old son to MyGym last week for the first time. I had heard good things from a friend with an almost 2-year-old. My friend was right – we loved it! The staff was great; super friendly and helpful. The place was CLEAN! Best of all, my son was having a blast! We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend it!
