The one area which needs help is staff - there's sometimes a wait when the owner is there alone and working with someone. That's probably why another reviewer couldn't get through. But dude, one missed phone call and you gave the place one star? What kind of pathetic review is that?
After my florist stopped responding to my emails, I had to find another. I came into this shop, and I could not be happier that I did. Lee and her staff were so knowledgeable, sweet and were able to work with me a week out from my wedding. They were a genuine pleasure to work with.
Absolutely the best florist in the Boston area. The owner went above and beyond customer service to help me with putting together a bouquet of flowers last minute for a special occasion. The flowers are great and service is superb!
I've come by Crimson Petal several times for flowers on the way home from work, and have had uniformly good experiences. The selection is very good, the owner is very kind and helpful, she makes great suggestions, it's just a great local florist.
