If i could rate -10 star i would rate! had an appointment for replace screen. takes them 3 hours to tell me that they can't replace a screen. But when i were there 30 min before that guy told me that its allmost done. Big liars there! Dont go there!
To those who're going to visit the Genius Bar: just don't expect too much. Those people aren't either programmers or technicians so they can only fix superficial and easy problems. If you have some tricky issues, your computer will be sent to somewhere for professional diagnosis and maintenance, which will cost both money and time (one week or two).
Great customer service, the guys approached us with respect, asked what was wrong and were able to fix the problem i had with my screen. It was completely cracked, it didn't work at all. They told me it would only take a couple hours and they got it fixed. From this day on my phone is perfect and has no problems with it. Thank you so much Apple for fixing my phone. Great store! I recommend.
Traveled 30 mins to buy a phone. Management sent me packing because store closed in thirty mins. I work in retail and I know it sucks dealing with people before close. But it’s my job to allow people to purchase products when the stores open. Stopping product sales 30 mins before close is a little weak.
My AirPods had water damage. The Apple genius person was very healthful and stayed with me until problem was resolved! Great customer service!!!
